ABOUT THE ARTIST
Todd Fuller has exhibited annually with the Gallery since his debut in 2011 at the age of 23, having graduated from Sydney's National Art School the previous year. His practice integrates sculpture, animation, drawing, performance and painting to construct narratives drawn from empirical experiences, personal or otherwise. He has been awarded a number of residencies that have informed and developed his work, including time spent recently at Bundanon Trust (2018), Hill End (2017) and Grafton Regional Art Gallery (2016). At the beginning of 2018 Fuller had a solo show at Gympie Regional Gallery. The hand-drawn animation developed during his Grafton residency, Ode to Clarence, won the notable Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award in 2018.
